Legal Note
By commissioning or purchasing an illustration, you are agreeing to our Licensing Terms & Conditions. All artwork remains the copyright of Ten Story Stationery ltd unless a full buyout has been purchased in writing. Usage is limited to the rights specified in your invoice and/or agreement.

All artwork created by Ten Story Stationery ltd is protected by copyright law. By commissioning or purchasing an illustration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership

Ten Story Stationery ltd retains full copyright of all artwork unless a Full Buyout has been purchased in writing.

Clients are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the original intellectual property.
2. Usage Rights

Wedding Use (included): Illustrations may be used for your personal wedding stationery suite (invitations, save-the-dates, day-of stationery).

Extended Personal Use (add-on): For use beyond the wedding, such as thank-you cards, anniversary stationery, keepsakes, or framed art.

Commercial / Resale Use (add-on): Required for any use involving resale, products, or third-party collaborations.

Full Buyout (premium add-on): Transfers full copyright ownership to the client. Pricing begins at £5000 per illustration.
3. Exclusivity

Unless a Full Buyout is purchased, Ten Story Stationery ltd reserves the right to include the artwork in portfolios, showcases, and marketing materials.

Artwork may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
4. Agreement
By purchasing or commissioning artwork, you are agreeing to these Terms & Licensing Conditions. Any additional usage must be licensed separately.
