2. You'll receive a follow up conformation email - If you've purchased custom illustrations / watercolours we'll provide details on how to submit your requirements
3. Our team of designers will create your first drafts - We aim to have these with you within 7 working days (this may be longer if you've purchased illustrations / watercolour art)
4. Included in your purchase is 1 round of minor amends. Simply reply to our email to detail your required amends
5. Our designers will action any amends and send your final versions
6. If you've purchased digital versions we send both JPG and PDF versions so have digital versions that you can also print yourself.
7. Otherwise we now start the print process and get these delivered to you as soon as possible
